Your message
The first thing to think about is your message. There are two possibilities: - You could write your own message and get it onto our server for immediate or later transmission. We will give you advice and guidance on the writing of your message so it doesn't fall foul of spam filters or breach any regulations and will have maximum impact.
- You could ask us to write it for you (you supply content). We've had loads of experience in writing copy over the years. We've learned what works and what doesn't - and often the messages with the most impact aren't always what you'd expect. Whether you write the content or we do, we can even match up different content in the same message to different contacts on your list.
Layout is also important and we can help you with that as well.
Template
You will need an email template. You can either:
- Design your own and upload it to our server, or
- Use one of our many standard templates (free) and adapt it, or
- Ask us to design a bespoke template for you(incorporating your logo, your layout, your colours etc)
Remember, good communication is simple, gets to the point quickly and actually communicates - without jargon or clutter (if you absolutely have to use jargon, always explain it).
Good communication motivates the reader to take action and shows them how.
